There was a little boy who swallowed a screw. I don't know why he swallowed a screw, perhaps he'll learn. Brody learned to put screws in between his lips because that's what his dad does when he's working on things but somehow this particular screw went down his throat. To top it all off the screw is 1 1/2" long, you might ask how does a little boy swallow a screw that long? It's possible and here's his evidence. The hospital isn't such a scary place especially when you get two popsicles and a teddy bear. Hopefully Brody doesn't think it's a happy place to go to :)

Oh my Bri! How scary for him and you! Kids are so so resilient that I know he will be OK! I'm so sorry as a mom I feel for you, I bet you were so worried and scarred! I hope he does learn from it. I wish my son would stop putting stuff in his mouth...
Oh my goodness, what an adventure for your family. That x-ray is pretty cool though, it'll make for a great story when Brody's older. I hope he's okay.

Oh goodness!!! I'm sorry Bri but I must say that I thought this was so funny!!! (Only because he's ok of course). Having a little guy myself makes me expect things like this. And IF only they WOULD learn... But how did you find out that he had swallowed that screw? Did you see him do it? Wow...
