House for Sale

Last Saturday was a busy, busy very busy day. Adam and I both love working at making our house look better. We had an especially busy day getting our house ready to sell. Here is the outline for our busy Saturday and all these things were done before 2:00 p.m.

Adam woke up at 6:30 to help our neighbors out by taking some trees to the dump
Adam brought home a truckload of some fresh dirt.
We put all the dirt into our garden and pulled weeds.
I vacuumed the house and cleaned up a bit.
We moved one of our dressers out of our room to add to our stuff for the storage unit.
We cleaned out our basement and organized.
Took a load to the storage unit.
Did the dishes.
Organized the garge.
Ran a 5K in under 30 minutes.
Went to REI to get Brody some shoes.
Went to lunch with my sister, Dave, and my parents so we could pick Brody up from them after his sleepover with Nanny (reward for being potty trained).
Returned a redbox movie
Dropped off a package to UPS.

Oh my, what a busy day and yes we were very tired by Saturday night.
After we did lunch and our errands, we came home and Adam painted our garage's and front door of which it looks so wonderful!

We love busy days especially when we get lots of stuff done in such a short period. I am sure grateful to have a husband who is driven, motivated and a hard worker! I love that we both want to accomplish things and we do it together. I just love him to pieces!

Hopefully we can get our house sold soon! We can't wait for our new adventure in finding a new home for our family!
