First of all I can't explain how grateful I am to have another little boy around. I love having two boys and then to top it all off, Brody has been the biggest help with Cooper. He gets his binkies, blankets, whatever I ask he is there and wants to help. He wants to be in all the action such as changing Cooper's diaper, feeding him, giving him a bath, playing with him, and giving kisses all the time. Brody is adjusting so well! I was holding Cooper tonight and his feet were scrunched up under his body and Brody said "Feet, where did dey go?" He's so cute! He is always concerned for his little brother and wants to give him his binkies or shove them in his mouth which actually works most of the time. Cooper is a little trooper. Brody and Adam are the best of buds, they have had a lot of time together, I wish I could've taken more pictures but I can see now why people don't have as many pictures of their second child and even less pictures once you have more kids. I have just been busy taking care of Cooper, it takes a lot of time to feed a newborn, I forget but that's ok I can't complain because he is such a good baby. He sleeps all the time, we didn't know that's what newborns do (Brody was a hard baby) and he sleeps between 4 1/2 - 6 hours a night, we are very lucky. Hopefully it continues. Here's just a few pictures, can you tell I like black and white pics?

Cooper is here!
Cooper arrived last Friday weighing in at 8 lbs. 1 oz. 21 1/2 inches long. He has lots of brown hair. We had a planned c-section and it went well. Cooper has been such a great baby and we are so excited to have him join our family. Brody is adjusting great so far. He keeps giving Cooper kisses and wants to help out all the time. We bought a new camera around Christmas and it has been the best purchase yet. We can finally capture the moment. Adam keeps telling me how he wants to make sure to give both of the boys attention and he is doing so great, he is such a good dad to both his little boys! He calls it being a "double dad". Adam probably took around 1200 picture but I will post just a few. Here's just a few pictures of Cooper, the hospital stay, visitors and going home today.

Easter with Brody
Since we will be in the hospital this Easter we decided to have Easter early to celebrate with Brody. We planned on going to an Easter Egg hung this last Saturday but due to the cold weather it was cancelled so instead we got a picture of the Easter Bunny. Brody didn't want anything to do with the Easter bunny. After that he kept saying "Bunny, bunny". Who knows maybe he secretly liked him after knowing what the Easter bunny brings. Then the Easter bunny came to our house and delivered some eggs. Brody didn't quite know what to think about finding Easter eggs but he still was excited about it.
Brody was a pro by the time we got to Grandma's and found out there was another Easter egg hunt. He really enjoyed it then and liked it even more once we opened the eggs and saw what was inside. You'd think this kid never ate candy. Jack and Brody had so much fun finding all the easter eggs!
What cute boys!

The Bear
This bear was actually intended for the baby but Brody found it and has developed a huge liking for it. Here's some of the things he does to take care of Bear.Brody brought the bear to me and said "poop" so we had to clean and put a diaper on. (Notice the boots, Brody can't get enough of these boots, sometimes it's the first thing he says when he wakes up. We go throughout the day putting them on and taking them off.)
Here's the result but as soon as we got the diaper on, Brody decided he didn't like the diaper so we took it right off but later I caught him trying to put on another diaper.
Giving bear a binkie.
Bear needs kisses!
Time for bear to take a nap with a blanket and a book.
I sure love this kid! But we need a name, I'm sure Brody will come up with something soon.
